One specification.
Both partner factories work from the same product brief: knitting, dipping, curing and packing follow one specification sheet. A repeat order produced in Thailand matches the sample you approved from China.
China — Gaomi, Shandong

here is the process.
The questions buyers hesitate to ask are the ones that decide the order. Lead times, inspection and claims handling are agreed in writing before the deposit — not after a problem appears.
Lead time, committed in writing
Production schedules are fixed before the deposit: typically from 30 days after sample approval for repeat constructions. Weekly photo or video updates during production; a delay is flagged before it becomes your problem, with options agreed in advance.
A claims route that exists
Quality issues reported within 15 days of arrival are logged with photos and batch numbers, investigated against retained samples from the same lot, and resolved by replacement or credit against the next order — confirmed in the order documents.
Inspection before the balance
Every order passes in-house final inspection against the approved sample. Your own checklist, or a third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, TÜV and similar), can be booked before the balance payment — findings are corrected before loading.
Trade terms, stated plainly
FOB Qingdao as standard; CIF to your port or DDP to select destinations where available — Incoterms 2020. Who pays what, and where risk transfers, is written into the quotation so there is no ambiguity at the destination.

Coated glove markings follow EN 388 (Europe) and ANSI / ISEA 105 (North America). Use this reference to translate a marking into a handling requirement — then ask for the test report behind it.

ANSI / ISEA 105 cut levels
North American cut levels run A1–A9 by grams of cutting load. General warehouse and assembly work usually sits at A1–A3; sheet metal, glass and recycling typically start at A4 and move up with the material.
